五十年代初,国外有些厂家已在造纸、印刷和乳剂涂布干燥等方面试验用气垫轴技术。六十年代初,这种技术已在胶片干燥方面基本上达到了工业化。七十年代初,日本富士胶片公司又在螺旋式传送方面作了进一步改进。后来,有些厂家又企图将这种技术应用于洗印加工和乳剂涂布工艺上去。本文简要介绍了国外造纸、印刷和胶片制造工业所用气垫轴的形式与结构,并指出气垫轴在胶片洗印加工、乳剂涂布和胶片干燥三方面的用处,以及目前国外各厂家应用气垫轴的情况。
The early fifties, some foreign manufacturers have been in the papermaking, printing and emulsion coating and other aspects of testing with air cushion shaft technology. In the early 1960s, this technology was basically industrialized in film drying. In the early 1970s, Japan’s Fujifilm Corporation made further improvements in spiral transmission. Later, some manufacturers also attempted to apply this technology to the printing process and the emulsion coating process. This paper briefly introduces the form and structure of air-cushion shaft used in foreign papermaking, printing and film manufacturing industries. It also points out the usefulness of air-cushion shaft in three aspects of film processing, emulsion coating and film drying, as well as the application of air-cushion shaft by foreign manufacturers .
