本文论述了传感器的试验数据处理方法应和有关指标的定义协调。接着讨论了传感器线性度(或非线性度)计算方法的选用问题,特别分析了最小二乘法在处理回归和逼近上的应用特点。本文还提出了在计算传感器独立线性度时,在理论上严格而正确的方法是最佳直线法。另外还提出了一种计算传感器综合性能指标的直接方法。最后,还比较了最小二乘法,最佳直线法及平均法在处理确定性数据时的特点。
This article discusses the test data processing methods of the sensor should be coordinated with the definition of the relevant indicators. Then we discuss the selection of the linearity (or non-linearity) of the sensor, and analyze the application of the least square method in the regression and approximation. In this paper, we also propose that the theoretically rigorous and correct method is the best straight line method in calculating the independent linearity of the sensor. In addition, a direct method for calculating the comprehensive performance index of the sensor is also proposed. Finally, the characteristics of least square method, best straight line method and averaging method in dealing with deterministic data are also compared.
