通过研究T30 0 / 5 40 5和T30 0 /NY92 0 0复合材料以及基体树脂 5 40 5和NY92 0 0的浇注料在 80℃水浸中的吸水动力学、红外光谱、动态力学性能和表面形态的变化 ,分析了复合材料的湿热老化机理。结果表明 :在 80℃水浸的加速湿热老化条件下 ,两种复合材料的老化机理主要是吸入水分对基体的塑化 /溶胀作用以及因树脂与纤维湿膨胀的不匹配所产生的内应力引起的微观开裂。
By studying the water absorption kinetics, infrared spectra, dynamic mechanical properties and surface morphology of T30 0/5 40 5 and T30 0 / NY 92 0 0 composites and castables of matrix resin 5 40 5 and NY 92 0 0 at 80 ℃, The changes of the composite materials were analyzed. The results show that the aging mechanism of the two composites under the condition of accelerated wet heat aging at 80 ℃ is mainly caused by the internal stress caused by the plasticized / swollen effect of absorbed water on the matrix and the mismatch between the wetted resin and the fiber Microscopic cracking.
