河北省第四建筑工程公司承建冀东水泥厂现浇混凝土万吨料库。料库共12座,内径18米,高44~47米,库壁厚38厘米,施工前经对滑模和附着式三角架倒模两种方案比较,确定采用倒模进行库壁施工。该法模板采用定型组合钢模,配以围圈定型三角架,分三步倒替上升。栏板上面铺设内外环形操作平台,在第二步三角架上设环形吊脚手,供拆模使用,随库壁上升交替倒升,垂直运输采用九孔定型钢管井架附提升式吊栏和拔杆,两座或四座相邻料库利用一套井架同时施工,每班可升1.5米。
The Fourth Construction Engineering Company of Hebei Province has undertaken the construction of a cast-in-place concrete 10,000-ton tank at Jidong Cement Plant. A total of 12 tanks with an inner diameter of 18 meters, a height of 44 to 47 meters, and a wall thickness of 38 cm were used. Before the construction, the construction of the wall was determined by comparing the two schemes of sliding mode and attached tripod. The method uses a stereotyped combination steel mold, and is surrounded by a stereotyped tripod, which rises in three steps. The inner and outer annular operating platforms are laid on the top of the fence, and the annular hanging feet are placed on the second step of the tripod for use in dismantling the mold. The lift is alternated with the rise of the storage wall. The vertical transport uses nine-hole shaped steel pipe derricks with lifting brackets and pulls. Rods, two or four adjacent stocks are constructed using one derrick at the same time, each class can rise 1.5 meters.
