为制备具有纳米级微观结构的磷酸钙盐生物活性材料,以天然来源的卵磷脂为双亲分子,正十四烷为油相和水相一起形成的微乳液为磷酸钙盐矿化的模板,调控、诱导矿化,并用SEM,IR和XRD等手段研究产物的微观结构和组成。结果表明:矿化产物是由卵磷脂与羟基磷灰石(HAP)共同构建的,具有纳米级的连通管道,立体网状、棒状、球状结构。说明微乳液可以调控磷酸钙盐的矿化,模拟复制出具有纳米级结构的矿化材料。
In order to prepare calcium phosphate bioactive material with nano-scale microstructure, lecithin of natural origin is used as a parent molecule, n-tetradecane is a micro-emulsion formed by oil phase and water phase, which is a calcium phosphate mineralized template, , Induced mineralization, and SEM, IR and XRD and other means to study the microstructure and composition of the product. The results show that the mineralized product is co-constructed by lecithin and hydroxyapatite (HAP), and has nanoscale communicating channels, three-dimensional network, rod-shaped and spherical structure. It shows that microemulsion can regulate the mineralization of calcium phosphate salt and simulate the production of mineralized materials with nano-scale structure.
