随着新课程在黔北地区的推进,农村初中英语教学变得越来越困难:学生的英语学习兴趣在减退,两极分化在加剧,每个班上都出现了一大批偏差学生,英语课成为学生最头疼的课程;教师上课推不动,能回答老师问题的学生越来越少,英语课成为一种单向灌输低效课。同时学生的英语成绩每年都在大幅度下滑,英语成绩的下滑成为农村教育质量下滑的典型代表。所以在新课改实施的过程中,黔北农村初中英语教学遇到了前所未有的困难。本文从教师教学、学生学习、学校管理三个方面分析了黔北农村初中英语教学所面临的困境,同时根据问题的症结和自己的教学实践提出了行之有效的解决对策。
As the new curriculum progresses in northern Guizhou, English teaching in rural junior high schools becomes more and more difficult: students’ interest in English learning is diminishing and polarization is intensifying. A large number of deviation students appear in each class and English classes become The most troublesome course for students; the teacher can not push the class, fewer and fewer students can answer the teacher’s questions, and the English class becomes a one-way instilling inefficient class. At the same time, students’ English scores have dropped significantly every year. The decline in English achievement has become a typical representative of the decline in the quality of rural education. Therefore, in the course of the implementation of the new curriculum reform, junior high school English teaching in rural areas of northern Guizhou encountered an unprecedented difficulty. This article analyzes the predicament faced by junior middle school English teaching in rural northern Guizhou from three aspects: teacher teaching, student study and school management. At the same time, according to the crux of the problem and my own teaching practice, we put forward some effective countermeasures.
