用对乳头瘤病毒族特异性(公共)抗原有免疫特异性的过氧化酶抗过氧化酶(PAP)技术,检查了67例口腔鳞状上皮增生性病变中存在的乳头瘤病毒抗原。对乳头瘤病毒族特异性抗原呈阳性反应的有疣(18/29例),多发性乳头状瘤(2/5例)及湿疣(3/5例),在28例角化棘皮瘤中未检查出公共抗原。阳性反应总是见于细胞的核内,这些细胞在上皮表层呈灶状或弥漫分布。本研究表明许多粘膜的鳞状上皮病变都与人乳头瘤病毒有关,并指出这些病毒在一些口腔鳞状上
Papillomavirus antigens present in 67 cases of oral squamous epithelial hyperplastic lesions were examined using the peroxidase-peroxidase (PAP) technique, which is immunospecific for the papillomavirus family-specific (public) antigen. Papillomavirus (18/29 cases), multiple papillomas (2/5 cases), and genital warts (3/5 cases) were positive for family papillomavirus specific antigen.
