陕西省首届艺术节于八六年二月中旬进行分片预赛。举办艺术节是省委、省政决化艺术事业、促进文艺改革、提高艺术创作和演出质量而作出的决定。一年多来,在各级党委和政府的关怀支持下,经过省文化厅和各地主管部门的积极筹备以及广大文艺工作者的辛勤劳动,全省十地(市)和团体为艺术节准备了七十多台剧(节)目.后经各地和有关部门的认真筛选,共有四十二台参加了这次的分片预赛。
The first festival of Shaanxi Province was divided into pieces in mid-February 1986. The festival is the decision of the provincial party committee and the provincial government in deciding on the artistic cause, promoting literary and artistic reform, and improving the quality of artistic creation and performances. Over the past year and more, with the care and support of Party committees and governments at all levels and through the active preparations of the Provincial Department of Culture and local authorities and the hard work of a large number of literary and art workers, 10 provinces (cities) and organizations in the province have prepared for the festival After more than seventy dramas (sections), a total of forty-two units participated in the preliminaries of this division after careful screening by localities and relevant departments.
