以M 38合金作基材 ,先电镀Pd 2 0wt%Ni合金 ,再采用传统低温高活性 (LTHA)固渗铝工艺 ,用NaCl作活性剂渗铝制得Pd Ni Al涂层。XRD和EPMA分析结果表明 ,涂层为固溶Ni的 β PdAl单相结构 ;在 90 0℃Na2 SO4 熔盐中的热腐蚀结果表明 ,Pd Ni Al涂层在 150 0h出现局部剥落 ,16 0 0h发生灾难性腐蚀 ;Pt Al涂层在 16 0 0~ 180 0h时也由氧化皮局部剥落发展到涂层失效。 90 0℃Na2 SO4 +2 5%NaCl熔盐中的热腐蚀试验也表明 ,Pd Ni Al涂层的热腐蚀性能优于单渗铝涂层
With M 38 alloy as the substrate, Pd 2 0wt% Ni alloy was electroplated first, and then the conventional low temperature and high activity (LTHA) aluminizing process was used. The Pd Ni Al coating was prepared by aluminizing with NaCl as the active agent. The results of XRD and EPMA show that the coating is a single-phase structure of β PdAl in solid solution Ni. The results of hot corrosion in the molten salt of 90 ℃ Na 2 SO 4 show that the partial debonding of Pd Ni Al coating occurs at 150 h, Catastrophic corrosion occurred. Pt Al coating also peeled off locally from oxide scale to coating failure at 16 0 0 ~ 180 0 h. Hot corrosion tests in 90 ° C Na2 SO4 +2 5% NaCl molten salt also showed that the thermal corrosion resistance of Pd Ni Al coating was better than that of single aluminized coating
