学习实践科学发展观,在国有企业中坚持以人为本管理,对于促进国有企业科学发展和社会进步意义重大,同时对非公有制企业也有很强的指导意义和示范作用。坚持以人为本管理是国有企业学习实践科学发展观的必然选择。实现科学发展是基础,构建人本管理的企业文化、实施国有企业的民主管理、全面开发企业人力资源是手段,把发展的成果惠及全体员工群众是目的。
Studying and practicing the scientific outlook on development and insisting on people-oriented management in state-owned enterprises are of great significance for promoting the scientific development and social progress of state-owned enterprises, and meanwhile they also play a guiding and demonstrative role in non-public-owned enterprises. Adhering to the people-oriented management is the inevitable choice for the state-owned enterprises to study and practice the scientific outlook on development. Achieving scientific development is the basis for building a corporate culture of human-centered management. It is our goal to implement the democratic management of state-owned enterprises and comprehensively develop the human resources of enterprises as a means to benefit the entire workforce from the fruits of development.
