随着物联网的发展,各类传感器的研发进入了白热化的阶段,电学传感器制作技术已经十分成熟,为了呼应大型物联网的发展需求,传感器正向多功能化、集成化以及微型化发展。主要介绍微型传感器的发展及研究现状,介绍微型光纤传感器的优点,对于现有的微型传感器研发技术进行分类讨论,针对广泛的应用需求进行各类传感器特点的分析,在此基础上对微型传感器的研发方向进行合理的展望。
With the development of the Internet of Things, the research and development of various sensors has entered a white-hot stage. The technology for producing electrical sensor has been very mature. In order to respond to the development needs of large-scale Internet of Things, sensors are being developed in a multi-functional, integrated and miniaturized way. This paper mainly introduces the development and research status of miniature sensors, introduces the advantages of micro-optic fiber sensors, discusses the existing micro-sensor research and development technologies, analyzes the characteristics of various sensors for a wide range of application requirements, and on this basis, R & D direction for a reasonable outlook.
