本文对２２例Ｔｏｕｒｅｔｔｅ综合征（ＴＳ）伴多动症患儿和１７例ＴＳ不伴多动症患儿及１８例正常对照儿童进行了智力和记忆功能测试。结果表明：ＴＳ不伴多动症患儿的各项测试中，仅有视觉再生分测验量表分显著低于正常对照儿童。而在ＴＳ伴多动症患儿的各项测试中，不仅其语言智商（ＶＩＱ）、操作智商（ＰＩＱ）和总智商（ＦＩＱ）及记忆商（ＭＱ）显著低于ＴＳ不伴多动症患儿和正常对照儿童，而且其理解分测验、算术分测验、译码分测验及累加分测验量表分显著低于ＴＳ不伴多动症患儿和正常对照儿童，其背数分测验和视觉再生分测验量表分显著低于正常对照儿童。提示ＴＳ患儿的智力和记忆功能在正常水平，其短时记忆可能有一定的缺陷。伴有多动症的ＴＳ患儿平均智商和记忆商呈偏低趋势，其智力结构和记忆模式有一定的缺陷，表明与ＴＳ并存的多动症对ＴＳ患儿智力和记忆功能的发展存在干扰。
In this paper, 22 children with Tourette’s syndrome (TS) with ADHD and 17 children with TS without AD and 18 normal control children were tested for intelligence and memory function. The results showed that: TS test children with ADHD in the test, only the visual reproduction sub-test scores were significantly lower than the normal control children. Tip TS children with mental and memory function at normal levels, the short-term memory may have some defects. The average IQ and memory of TS children with ADHD were on the low side. Their mental structure and memory pattern had some defects, which indicated that the ADHD coexisting with TS might interfere with the development of intelligence and memory function in children with TS.
