目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎疗效。方法：治疗组60例在综合常规治疗的基础上,2次/d,每次7.5 mg静脉点滴盐酸氨溴索。对照组60例在综合常规治疗的基础上口服祛痰灵

目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎疗效。方法：治疗组60例在综合常规治疗的基础上,2次/d,每次7.5 mg静脉点滴盐酸氨溴索。对照组60例在综合常规治疗的基础上口服祛痰灵每次5 mL,3次/d,疗程均为5~10 d。比较两组患儿症状及体征结果。结果：治疗组应用盐酸氨溴索治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎,在咳嗽、喘息消失天数及啰音消失时间,住院天数均较对照组明显缩短。结论：盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎,可缩短住院天数,迅速改善症状,明显提高疗效。
