中小学教师继续教育有效性的程度与管理机制是否科学、有效呈正相关。随着各地继续教育如火如荼的开展,构建一个适应新形势需要和发展的继续教育管理新机制已越来越重要。本课题试图从优化中小学教师继续教育运行机制和动力机制入手,来建构县级中小学教师继续教育管理机制的初步框架。一、优化运行机制是核心在实践中,我们认为要构建一个以教育行政部门为主导、师训部门为主体、以各片(镇)教育服务站为依托、教师任职学校为培训主要阵地的全方位、多层次、宽领域、开放式的现代化继续教育运行机制,这是确保中小学教师继续教育工作能顺利开展的有效机制。操作策略:
