采用火焰热解喷涂方法,以Al(NO3)3和Y(NO3)3为源物质,在敞开的大气环境中,在不锈钢基板上获得了具有一定厚度的Al2O3Y2O3复合氧化物陶瓷涂层。在1273K空气中的恒温氧化结果表明,涂层有效地促进了基体中铬元素的选择氧化,并提高了不锈钢的抗高温氧化性能。
The Al2O3-Y2O3 composite oxide ceramic coating with a certain thickness was obtained on a stainless steel substrate by flame pyrolysis spraying method with Al (NO3) 3 and Y (NO3) 3 as the source materials in an open atmosphere. The results of constant temperature oxidation in air at 1273K showed that the coating effectively promoted the selective oxidation of chromium in the matrix and improved the high temperature oxidation resistance of stainless steel.
