在对一种激光位移传感器原理进行试验研究的基础上,分析了结构参数和物镜形式对测量的影响,讨论了图象处理的阈值确定方法.认为在三次样条拟合定标曲线的前题下,可用单片透镜代替非球面透镜.采用3σ准则和样本平均降低了光源不稳定对精确度的影响,并提出了彻底消除光源不稳定影响的途径.
Based on the experimental research on the principle of a laser displacement sensor, the influence of the structural parameters and the form of the objective lens on the measurement is analyzed, and the threshold determination method of the image processing is discussed. That the cubic spline fitting calibration curve under the premise that a single lens can be used instead of aspherical lens. Using the 3σ criterion and the sample average reduces the influence of the instability of the light source on the accuracy, and puts forward the way of completely eliminating the influence of the instability of the light source.
