本文综述了紫外辐射的光化学反应在分析测定中各方面的应用。(一)测定水溶液中有机物质的总碳、总氮、总磷;(二)测定铁(Ⅲ)、汞(Ⅱ)、砷(Ⅳ)、铊(Ⅲ)、釩(Ⅴ)和铬(Ⅵ)等金属离子;(三)测定草酸、甲酸、和有机砷化物等等;(四)测定某些抗疟药物(氨基喹啉衍生物)、兴奋剂(大麻醇等、麦角碱和不挥发性N—亚硝基化合物等等。由于科学技术近年来的迅速发展,使光化学反应,呈现出新的面貌。文末并列出部分有关参考文献。
This review summarizes the applications of photochemical reactions of UV radiation in all aspects of analytical determination. (1) Determination of total carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus of organic substances in aqueous solution; (2) Determination of iron (Ⅲ), mercury (Ⅱ), arsenic (Ⅳ), thallium (Ⅲ), vanadium ) And other metal ions; (3) Determination of oxalic acid, formic acid, and organic arsenides, etc .; (d) Determination of certain antimalarial drugs (aminoquinoline derivatives), stimulants (such as cannabinoids, ergot and nonvolatile N-nitroso compounds, etc ..
