白土精制对变压器油基础油脱色作用的探讨及改进

开展了模拟白土补充精制过程的小试研究,考察并分析了白土精制过程中造成油品变色的影响因素。研究发现,适当降低精制温度有利于油品色度的改善,但精制温度降低过大,尤其是当精制温度低于100℃时,则无法使白土活化发挥精制作用,对油品的外观清澈性不利。根据小试研究的成果,提出对白土混合罐混合后的油浆进行升温前预脱气的改造方案。技改方案的实施取得了预期效果,大幅度地改善了变压器油基础油的色度。
