一、我们的认识1.办好工读是政府依法行政办学的重要表现,要认真贯彻《中华人民共和国义务教育法》、《未成年人保护法》和《预防未成年人犯罪法》,就要认真办好工读教育。工读学校是学校不是监狱,它的对象是九年义务教育范围内的学生,尽管这些学生比较特殊,但同样是上述三个法的覆盖对象。按照普通学校现代教育要求和工读教育特定要求,完成义务教育阶段的教育教学任务是工读学生应该享有的权利。2.办好工读,有利于当前社会的稳定,有利于中小学正常秩序,有利于学生的家庭美满幸福,有利于今后为国家造就遵纪守法好公民。工读学生每个人的经历都是曲折的,他们以往的人生是不幸的,而今后的人生道路更长,从社会学的角度分析,个人的生存发展情况应从社会的综合因素中分析,而不是
