目的通过对正常与安氏Ⅱ1类错模型的比较,分析上下颌牙冠宽度、上颌牙冠厚度、Bolton指数差异,为安氏Ⅱ1类错矫治设计提供参考。方法以正常,安氏Ⅱ1类错各50例为研究对象,分别进行牙冠宽度、牙冠厚度的测量并计算。结果安氏Ⅱ1类错上下颌侧切牙和下颌中切牙的牙冠宽度比正常大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Bolton指数前牙比:正常>安氏Ⅱ1类错。安氏Ⅱ1类错上前牙牙冠厚度均大于正常,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上下颌牙量不调和上前牙牙冠厚度变化会对安氏Ⅱ1类错矫治后期正常前牙咬合关系的建立产生影响。
Objective To compare the differences between normal and Angle ¢ ò class 1 malocclusion models, and to analyze the differences of crown width, maxillary crown thickness and Bolton index, so as to provide a reference for the design of Angle ¢ ò type ¢ ó malocclusion. Methods 50 cases of normal and Class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion were selected as the research object, and the crown width and crown thickness were measured and calculated respectively. Results Class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion of upper and lower mandibular lateral incisors and mandibular central incisors had a larger width of crowns than normal (P <0.05). Bolton index anterior teeth ratio: normal > class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion. Angle class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion anterior crowns crown thickness are greater than normal , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The results show that the maxillary and mandibular molar incompatibility and the change of crown thickness will affect the establishment of normal anterior occlusal relationship in the treatment of Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion.
