为解决当前花生生产上早春播种烂种缺苗问题,客观评价春、秋花生种子作为生产用种的价值,对春、秋花生种子的生物学特性、超微结构进行了比较研究.结果表明,在传统贮藏条件下,收获后晒干贮藏2个月的春花生种子比秋花生种子活力高,抗冷浸能力强;贮藏6个月的春花生种子发芽率与秋花生种子相似,但抗冷浸能力不如秋花生种子.春花生种子细胞充实,脂肪、蛋白质等贮藏物质含量高,胚发育完全,种子粒大、饱满.保持春花生种子收获晒干时的种子活力,可以代替秋花生种子供翌年生产用种.
In order to solve the problem of lack of seeding seeds in early spring in peanut production and objectively evaluate the value of peanut seeds in spring and autumn as production seeds, the biological characteristics and ultrastructure of peanut seeds in spring and autumn were comparatively studied. The results showed that under traditional storage conditions, the spring peanut seeds stored for 2 months after harvest showed higher vigor and anti-cold-soaking ability than the peanut seeds. The germination percentage of peanut seeds stored for 6 months was similar to that of autumn peanut seeds, But anti-cold soaking ability as autumn peanut seeds. Spring peanut seed cells enriched, fat, protein and other storage material content, embryo development is complete, the seeds of large, full. Maintaining the seed vigor of spring peanut seeds when harvesting and drying can replace the autumn peanut seeds for the next year’s production of seeds.
