利用热膨胀仪测定了27CrMo钢不同冷却速度下的膨胀曲线,并采用切线法确定了各冷速下的相变温度,结合显微组织绘制出试验钢的CCT曲线,并在全自动热处理线上进行了钢管的淬透性试验。结果表明:1℃/s时,开始发生贝氏体(B)转变;2℃/s时,开始发生马氏体(M)转变;冷速≥30℃/s时,组织主要为板条马氏体。说明27CrMo钢具有较高的淬透性,可用于生产厚壁石油套管。
The dilatancy curves of 27CrMo steel at different cooling rates were measured by means of thermal dilatometer. The phase transition temperature was determined by tangent method at each cooling rate. The CCT curves of the test steels were plotted with the microstructure and performed on the fully automatic heat treatment line Steel pipe hardenability test.
