本文介绍一种在微处理器上设计开发的廉价的六路压力传感器装置。该装置采用简单可靠的U形管压力计,采用微处理器进行数据的采集、处理和控制。传感器具有数字输出,因而省去了常规测量方法中所需的复杂而昂贵的电子设备和模拟压力传感器。所开发的装置测压范围大,精度高,在±1000mm液柱高的范围内,数据采样速率为6次/2.5秒,分辨率为0.1mm液柱高,测量精度小于0.2mm液柱高。本文介绍了该装置的硬件、软件的详细设计和实现过程,并同时提供了一种扩展为64路测量通道的接口的硬件和软件资料。
This article presents a low-cost six-way pressure sensor designed and developed on a microprocessor. The device uses a simple and reliable U-tube pressure gauge, the use of microprocessors for data acquisition, processing and control. The sensor has a digital output, eliminating the need for complex and expensive electronics and analog pressure sensors required in conventional measurement methods. The developed device has a large pressure measurement range and high precision, with a data sampling rate of 6 times / 2.5 seconds at a high liquid column height of ± 1000 mm, a resolution of 0.1 mm liquid column, and a measurement accuracy of less than 0.2 mm liquid column height. This article describes the device’s hardware and software design and implementation process in detail, and at the same time provides a way to expand the interface to 64 measurement channels of hardware and software information.
