本文采用放射免疫法检测了47例新生儿血浆生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)水平的动态变化。结果显示:足月儿和早产儿血浆SS水平随日龄增加而上升;早产儿生后第1,5天血浆SS水平明显低于足月儿,生后第9天接近足月儿。研究表明:血浆SS水平可以为新生儿合理喂养及护理提供理论依据。
In this paper, 47 cases of neonatal plasma somatostatin (Somatostatin, SS) levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that plasma SS levels of full-term infants and premature infants increased with the increase of age. The level of plasma SS in preterm infants was significantly lower than that in term infants on the first and fifth day after birth, and reached full-term on the 9th day after birth. Studies have shown that: plasma SS levels can provide a theoretical basis for reasonable feeding and nursing of newborns.
