本文叙述一个用国产 ECL 器件研制成功的具有多信号存储能力的200MHz 数字射频存储器(DRFM),分析了该系统的工作原理,讨论了提高系统时钟频率和瞬时带宽这两大问题的设计考虑和实现方法,介绍了对系统主要性能参数的测试。结果表明,该DRFM 的时钟频率200MHz,瞬时带宽100MHz,最小处理脉宽100ns,转发工作状态下的储频误差为零。最后,指出对本系统应用功能扩展的一些可能措施。文中给出了本系统实物照片和测试结果。
This paper describes a 200MHz digital radio frequency memory (DRFM) with multi-signal storage capability successfully developed by home-made ECL devices. The working principle of the system is analyzed. The design consideration and realization of two major issues of increasing system clock frequency and instantaneous bandwidth are discussed Method, introduced the main performance parameters of the system test. The results show that the clock frequency of the DRFM is 200MHz, the instantaneous bandwidth is 100MHz, the minimum processing pulse width is 100ns, and the error of the storage frequency in the forwarding state is zero. Finally, some possible measures to extend the function of the system are pointed out. The article gives the system of physical photos and test results.
