目的:探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切除术的临床方法及价值。方法:选取我院自2011年3月～2013年3月收治的88例膀胱肿瘤患者随机分为观察组与参考组,各为44例,观察组患者采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切除术,参考组患者采用经膀胱部分切除术,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、手术时间、术后并发症发生率及复发率。结果:观察组患者膀胱肿瘤切除率为100%,参考组患者膀胱肿瘤切除率为72.7%,P<0.05;观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后并发症发生率均少于参考组,P<0.05,为期2～24个月随访内,观察组患者复发率明显低于参考组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切除术治疗膀胱肿瘤效果显著,术中出血量少,术后并发症发生率较低,同时手术治疗较为彻底,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical methods and value of transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods: A total of 88 patients with bladder cancer who were admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and reference group, 44 cases in each group. The observation group received transurethral resection of bladder tumor, reference group Patients underwent partial cystectomy. The clinical effects, operative time, postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The resection rate of bladder tumor was 100% in the observation group and 72.7% in the reference group, P <0.05. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative complication rate in the observation group were less than those in the reference group , P <0.05. During the follow-up period of 2-24 months, the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor for the treatment of bladder cancer has a significant effect, less blood loss, postoperative complications rate is lower, while the surgical treatment is more complete, it is worth promoting.
