消痞镇痛膏 (ＸＰＧ)是我院自制由生马钱子、鳖甲、大黄、山慈姑、防己等纯中药按一定比例组成的外用膏药。我们曾以此治疗 1 48例癌痛患者获得满意的镇痛效果。 1 996～ 1 998年我们又进一步做了动物实验和临床随机对照研究 ,结果显示 :对癌痛的总缓解率为 93 % ,且起效时间快
Xiaoying Zhen Gao Gao (XPG) is a topical plaster consisting of raw Chinese medicine Strychnos subsp., Beggar, Rhubarb, Sagittaria argyllus, F. acuminata and other pure Chinese medicines in certain proportions. We used this to treat 1 48 patients with cancer pain to obtain satisfactory analgesia. From 1996 to 1998, we further conducted animal experiments and clinical randomized controlled trials. The results showed that: The total remission rate for cancer pain was 93%, and the onset time was fast.
