应用体积描记仪对50 例慢性阻塞性肺疾病( C O P D) 患者进行了第一秒用力呼吸容积( F E V1) 、气道阻力( R A W)和比气道传导率( S G A W) 等测定,并根据其严重程度分为轻、中、重度三组。统计分析表明整体 F E V1 和 S G A W 呈正的直线相关 , R A W 在轻与重度及中与重度组间存在显著差异,而轻度与中度间无显著差异, S G A W 在轻、中、重三组间均存在显著差异,说明在进行 C O P D严重程度分级中, S G A W 与 F E V1 同样均是敏感的指标。
Fifty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) underwent the first forced respiration volume (F E V1), airway resistance (R A W) and specific airway conductance (S G A W) and other determination, and according to their severity is divided into mild, moderate and severe three groups. Statistical analysis showed that there was a positive linear correlation between F E V1 and S G A W, R A W was significantly different between mild and severe and between moderate and severe groups, while there was no significant difference between mild and moderate S G A W There were significant differences among the three groups, indicating that S G A W and F E V1 are sensitive indicators in the classification of severity of C O P D.
