动脉粥样硬化是一种累及全身大中动脉的疾病。颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与缺血性脑卒中的发生、复发密切相关。斑块内成分的评估对斑块稳定性的评价具有重要意义,不同组织学成分的弹性不尽相同。超声弹性成像可无创获得斑块弹性信息。本文旨在探讨剪切波弹性成像(SWE)、实时组织弹性成像(TRE)和声触诊组织成像定量技术(VTIQ)对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块弹性评估的价值。
Atherosclerosis is a disease involving the middle and large arteries of the body. Carotid atherosclerotic plaque is closely related to the occurrence and recurrence of ischemic stroke. The evaluation of plaque components is of great importance for the evaluation of plaque stability, and the elasticity of different histological components is not the same. Elastography can obtain plaque elasticity information noninvasively. This article aims to investigate the value of shear wave elastography (SWE), real-time tissue elastography (TRE) and acoustic palpation Tissue Imaging Quantitation (VTIQ) in the assessment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque elasticity.
