由中华医药产业公司执行之本计画,将500种以上中药材,如性状鉴别、组织镜检、HPLC化学指纹图谱、ITS序列指纹图谱、及生物活性等辨识资讯,配合后续资讯系统之开发与建置,规划成可靠的电脑软体辨识方法,建构成实验室e-化资讯管理系统,以取代人工辨识,本系统以Web-based架构建立,提供远距操作及跨平台的能力,支援Barcode管理,增加资料输出入流程的顺畅及易于管理的特性;在安全管控方面,系统中的使用者藉由其工作的性质,由管理者设定不同的权限,及资料处理的限制,以达到安全性管理机制,采用模组化设计,将资料库与前端分离,减少后续之维护工作,降低系统资料被侵入之风险性,相对的,增加扩充的可变性,及强化资料库的安全性。最后藉由连结分析模组,可以快速的分析所传入之实验结果,以确认采购药材之正确性。并可与国际不同中草药实验室之测试资料连结,做进一步检验测试。本计划之主要实施之步骤为包含1.规格收集与制定,2.网路架构之建置,3.系统开发及程式扩写,4.系统连结测试与修正,5.系统整合完成,对系统作全面性布建及测试,以确保正常运行。希望用以服务行政机关业界、研究机关、及消费者;以期提升中药材品质管制的水准,加速中药制剂的国际化,以行销全世界。
