长江是我国最大的通航河流,在三峡工程施工期间,为不影响长江航运的发展,保持在坝址河段航运的安全与畅通,是三峡工程施工期必须解决好的重大技术课题之一。三峡工程通过反复论证,针对各种可能出现的情况,采用了在右岸利用加宽加深导流明渠通航,并设置绞滩换推轮等进行助航,在左岸专设临时通航船闸,并对导流明渠和临时船闸进出口以外的航道进行优化整治,以尽可能地扩大该两条航线的通过能力,以及在上游建设翻坝码头作为意外应急和水库蓄水期客货过坝通道等综合工程措施,结合对工程设施进行合理的调度管理,预期能较好地满足施工期长江客货运输的要求。
The Yangtze River is China’s largest navigable river.
