目前,稚鳖大多在温室培育,而温室培育因水体小、密度高、病害多、大量换水和使用抗生素,造成生产成本高,药物残留高,鳖的品质严重下降。为此,我们在自然环境条件下进行网箱培育稚鳖试验,现将试验情况及主要技术措施总结如下: 一、水域的选择 试验点选择在浙江省嘉兴市秀城区东栅建新生态养鳖中心的一只成鳖养殖池,面积16亩,水深2.2m左右,水域的水质清新、无污染,肥度适宜,无敌害生物,水位易控制,日照条件好,环境安静,其水源主要为天然水。
