本文采用有限元软件对碳纤维加固轴心受压柱进行了模拟实验,得出14个不同模型的极限承载力,并与理论计算对比。得到了实尺模型和小模型承载力的差别,表明了尺寸效应对加固效果的影响,以及产生差别的相关因素中倒角半径的大小是重要因素之一。据此,计算出了实际工程倒角半径的大小范围,所得结果对类似工程有一定的参考意义。
In this paper, finite element software was used to simulate the carbon fiber reinforced axial compression column. The ultimate bearing capacity of 14 different models was obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation. The difference between the bearing capacity of the real model and that of the small model is obtained. It is shown that the effect of the size effect on the reinforcement effect and the size of the chamfer radius are one of the important factors. Based on this, the range of the actual engineering chamfer radius is calculated, and the obtained results have certain reference meaning for similar projects.
