2001年初春,厦门市政府组织了一支庞大的人才招聘团浩浩荡荡进京抢人才。在人民大会堂举行的招聘新闻发布会上,建发集团董事长、党委书记王宪榕作为企业代表向各方媒体介绍了厦门建发的企业发展情况和用人机制,引起在场听众的极大兴趣和好评。日前,本刊记者采访了该集团总经理助理兼人力资源部经理张云霞女士,对建发的人才招聘策略及用人情况进行了较为全面的了解。
