高职教育吸引力问题,本质上是受教育者在高职层面进行人力资源投资的成本—收益比较问题,应侧重从受教育者的角度来评价高等教育吸引力高低,分析影响其主观评价的各种因素及其相关关系。调查问卷因子分析的结论表明,可从增强全社会对高职教育的认同感、加强高职教育培养目标与地方经济的密切联系、提高职业技能认证的社会公信力等方面提高高职教育吸引力。
The issue of the attractiveness of higher vocational education is essentially the cost-income comparison problem of educated people investing in human resources at the higher vocational level.
