大延伸水平井开发对某些独特地质特征的储层,有着更为良好的井型优势。而水平井水平段延伸,存在着许多技术难点和钻井风险。本文对影响水平井水平段延伸能力影响因素及风险进行了详细分析,提出了降摩阻和扭矩,优化井眼轨迹,提高钻柱的承载能力和设备的功率,采用精细控压钻井技术,来提高大延伸水平井延伸能力并降低钻井风险。探讨了影响大延伸水平井水平段长度的几个主要制约因素,提出了大延伸水平井水平位移延限值确定方法。从钻井的机械延伸极限,钻柱安全极限和裸眼延伸极限三个方面,评价了大延伸水平井延伸能力,给出了简要公式求取大延伸水平井裸眼延伸极限值。
Extensive horizontal wells have a much better well-type advantage in the development of reservoirs of some unique geological features. Several major factors that affect the length of horizontal section of horizontal well are discussed. The method to determine the horizontal displacement of horizontal well is proposed. From the mechanical extension limit, the safety limit of drilling string and the naked eye extension limit, the extension capability of horizontal well with large extension is evaluated. A simple formula is given to get the extension limit of naked eye in large extension horizontal well.
