The Second National Symposium on Geodynamics, jointly sponsored by the Chinese Society of Mechanics, the Chinese Seismological Society and the Chinese Geophysical Society - The Colloquium on the Properties of Rock Mechanics in Geodynamics was held on March 12-16, 1983 at Xi’an held. More than 60 representatives from all over the country attended the conference, and 48 papers were presented and read out.
