在食用菌生长发育过程中离不开矿物盐磷和钾。常规配方基质中的磷、钾足以供食用菌的利用,然而无粮栽培是在常规配方的基础上以一定数量的尿素取代麸皮,这样的基质磷、钾含量不足。为了探讨磷、钾含量高的矿物盐——磷酸二氢钾对黑木耳无粮栽培的增产效应,做了些研究收到了很好的效果。一、材料与方法(一)材料菌株为Au8402,引自河北省科学院微生物所,是我区无粮栽培的当家种。配方A.蔗渣98.3%,尿素0.5%,碳酸钙1%,磷酸二氢钾0.25;配方B.蔗渣98.5%,尿素0.5%,碳酸钙1%。加水均为干料的2倍。采用17×34×0.05~0.06cm 的聚丙烯塑料袋。
