在田间割胶树的割线下方施用5%乙烯利乳剂,或在新割口施用5%乙烯利水剂,7~10天后在割口处接种条溃疡菌的菌丝和游动孢子的悬浮液。结果表明,乙烯利有明显防治条溃疡病的效果(防效范围68.2~84.4%)。不同施药间隔期的接种测验表明,施用乳剂1天后即有防效,7天的防效最高,60天还有一定防效。田间试验施乳剂22天后接种的有66%的防效,但施水剂22天后接种的只有38%的防效。先接种后施乙烯利无效。在乙烯利施药带上、下各30厘米范围以内的树皮均具有不同程度的抗病力。
A 5% ethephon emulsion was applied under the secant of the field tamarind, or a 5% ethephon was applied to the new cut and 7 to 10 days after the inoculation, the cuticle was inoculated with a suspension of mycelial and zoospores of the canker. The results showed that ethephon had obvious effect of preventing ulcer disease (control effect range 68.2-84.4%). Inoculation tests at different application intervals showed that there was a control effect after one day of application of the emulsion and the highest control effect was achieved for seven days and there was a certain control effect after 60 days. Inoculation with field test emulsion was 66% after 22 days, but only 38% after 22 days. Ethene was ineffective after the first inoculation. In ethephon application zone, the bark within the range of 30 cm each have different degrees of disease resistance.
