2009年12月13日,“外研杯”第23届上海市中学生作文竞赛口语交际比赛在上海市虹口区北郊高级中学举行。作为上海市中学生作文竞赛的有机组成部分,每年都有40位初中和高中的一等奖候选人进入口语交际比赛,最后决出30名一等奖获得者。比赛共分两个部分进行,首先是看图说话,之后是自由结对的选手就组委会给出的情景进行对话。比赛紧张激烈又欢快热闹。虹口区120名学生到现场为选手呐喊助威,另有很多老师、同学和家长通过东方网的视频直播观看了精彩的比赛。当天下午,组委会召开了2009年上海市中学生口语交际研讨会。
On December 13, 2009, the 23rd Shanghai High School Composition Competition Oral Communication Contest was held in the northern suburbs of Hongkou District, Shanghai. As an integral part of the essay competition for secondary school students in Shanghai, 40 first-place candidates from junior and senior high schools enter the oral communication competition each year and 30 finalists win the first prize. The competition is divided into two parts, the first is to see pictures, then free to match the players on the scene given by the dialogue. Competition intense and cheerful lively. Hongkou District, 120 students shouting cheers to the scene, while many teachers, students and parents through the East network video broadcast live watch the exciting game. In the afternoon, the Organizing Committee held 2009 Shanghai Middle School Students Oral Communication Seminar.
