在现代的都市生活中,人们的生活和工作的节奏都紧随着时代的脉搏跳动,根本无暇顾及自己的体态变化。如今,在健康领域,我们关注更多的是肥胖带来的一系列疾病与危害,很少关注人体的突然消瘦。而对于突然消瘦,多认为工作太累,精神压力大或是营养不良所致,认为调养一下就可以恢复,很少有人能真正地重视。其实,突然消瘦是一些疾病对于我们的警示,如果不加以重视, 势必会对身体适成更大的伤害。
