汶川特大地震后我院ICU成立了专门收治重症地震伤员的重症监护室。从2008年6月3日至6月30日,该病房收治的患者中发现耐药菌感染患者11例,其中鲍曼不动杆菌感染6例,铜绿假单胞菌感染4例,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染1例。由于耐药菌感染会增加患者的死亡率,影响患者的康复,病房采取了严格的感染控制措施,病区内无其他患者发生交叉感染。
After the devastating Wenchuan earthquake, ICU in our hospital set up an intensive care unit to treat critically injured people in the earthquake. From June 3, 2008 to June 30, 2008, 11 cases of drug-resistant bacterial infections were found in patients admitted to the ward, including 6 cases of Acinetobacter baumannii infection, 4 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, Infection of Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in 1 case. As drug-resistant bacterial infections increase patient mortality and affect patient recovery, the ward has adopted strict infection control measures, and no other patients in the ward have any cross-infection.
