芦荟在分株繁殖时,为促进其发根力,迭用IBA、NAA、ABT1及IBA高浓度与MS液混用等处理进行试验,结果表明:取切根短吸枝时,IBA浓度500mg/1、沾浸时间10分钟,发根效果最佳,其次是ABT、10mg/1、30分钟,NAA处理中虽然100mg/1、10分钟发根效果较好,但不如前两者。切根长吸枝以IBA1000mg/1、10分钟为宜,其次是ABT125mg/1、30分钟较好。3年生成熟切根插枝则以5000mg/1、10秒钟为宜。当IBA与MS液混用时,以IBA5000mg/1+MS液为宜(上述处理的吸枝阴干时间均为5天)。此外,IBAmg/1、10秒钟单用处理发根效果与IBA1000mg/1+MS液及IBA3000mg/1+MS液混用处理基本相似。可见IBA与MS液混用快速沾浸法可以降低成本、省工及操作迅速,因而可减少温度和湿度等环境因素的影响。因此,IBA与MS液混用快速沾浸法酌情应用于芦荟分株繁殖上‘可提高繁殖速度乃至经济效益。
When aloe vera is propagated in the ramets, in order to promote its hair rooting ability, the IBA, NAA, ABT1, and IBA are mixed and mixed with high concentrations of the MS fluid. When IBA and MS liquids are mixed, IBA 5000 mg/1+MS liquid is suitable (above 5 days for the lyophilization of the above treatments). In addition, the IBAmg/1, 10 seconds treatment alone hair root effect is basically similar to the IBA1000mg/1+MS solution and the IBA3000mg/1+MS solution. It can be seen that the rapid impregnation of IBA and MS liquids can reduce the cost, labor, and operation speed, thereby reducing the impact of environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. Therefore, the combination of IBA and MS liquids with rapid dip method can be applied to the propagation of Aloe vera plants as appropriate, which can increase the breeding speed and even economic efficiency.
