对6个烤烟自育高钾新品系和8个烤烟品种配制F_1的杂种优势研究表明,F_1烟叶钾含量平均优势在部位间存在差异,表现为B2F(8.45%)>X2F(7.59%)>C3F(5.64%);F_1各部位钾含量超亲优势均不明显,表现为X2F(0.05%)>C3F(-0.43%)>B2F(-0.48%);F_1钾含量的对照优势表现为B2F(17.81%)>X2F(4.06%)>C3F(1.12%)。高钾新品系烟叶在各部位钾含量的GCA方差均达到显著或极显著水平,其中GK2各部位GCA效应均较优,利用潜力较大;GK7的C3F、X2F GCA效应较优,而B2F较差;GK9的B2F GCA效应较优,C3F较差。烟叶各部位的钾含量SCA方差均为极显著水平,其中B2F的多叶87×GK7组合(17.19%)、C3F多叶87×GK2组合(25.63%)、长脖黄×GK5组合(19.43%)、云烟87×GK7组合(22.78%)、云烟87×GK9组合(24.38%),X2F的Coker176×GK7组合(19.87%)、101×GK9组合(15.89%)、云烟85×GK9组合(19.15%)、云烟87×GK9组合(20.74%)SCA效应较好。
Studies on the heterosis of F_1 hybrids prepared from six high-potassium lines with self-cultivation of flue-cured tobacco and eight varieties of flue-cured tobacco showed that the average advantage of potassium content in F_1 leaves was different among the sites, showing B2F (8.45%)> X2F (7.59%)> C3F (5.64%). Potassium content in all parts of F_1 was not significantly different from that of potassium content, which showed that X2F (0.05%)> C3F (-0.43%)> B2F (-0.48% %)> X2F (4.06%)> C3F (1.12%). The GCA variance of potassium content in the high-potassium new-line tobacco reached significant or extremely significant level. The GCA effect of all the parts of GK2 was better and the utilization potential was greater. The GCF of C3F and X2F of GK7 was better than that of B2F The B2F GCA effect of GK9 was better and C3F was worse. The variance of KA content in different parts of tobacco leaves was extremely significant, among which the multi-leaf 87 × GK7 combination of B2F (17.19%), the multi-leaf C3F 87 × GK2 combination (25.63%) and the long yellow × GK5 combination (19.43% (22.78%) for Yunyan 87 × GK7, 24.38% for Yunyan 87 × GK9, 19.87% for Coker176 × GK7 for X2F, 15.89% for 101 × GK9 and 19.15% for Yunyan 85 × GK9, , Yunyan 87 × GK9 combination (20.74%) SCA effect is better.
