目的研究桑叶对小鼠的辅助降血糖功能。方法给予成年雌性小鼠四氧嘧啶(45mg/kg iV)建立高血糖模型。筛选高血糖模型动物40只(尾血血糖值在10~25mmol/L范围内)随机分4组,每组10只,以0.1、1.0、3.0g/(kg·d)设置剂量,灌胃量为0.02ml/(g·d),对照组给予同体积溶剂蒸馏水,连续灌胃30d后比较各组空腹血糖及糖耐量值。结果3.0g/(kg·d)剂量组桑叶咀嚼片对正常小鼠体重及空腹血糖值未见影响;1.0、3.0g/(kg·d)剂量组能明显降低四氧嘧啶高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖值、升高其空腹血糖下降率并降低给予葡萄糖后0、0.5、2.0h的血糖曲线下面积,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论桑叶具有辅助降血糖功能。
