研究了0Cr18Ni9钢盐浴渗铬后,以炉冷、空冷和水冷等方式冷却时,基体中碳化物分布及渗层中显微裂纹对耐蚀性能的影响.渗铬后空冷,渗层无显微裂纹,基体晶界处碳化物析出及渗层中粒状σ相明显少于炉冷;渗层中细小粒状σ相分布在高铬α相中,对耐蚀性无影响,因此空冷后的耐蚀性能优于其他冷却方式.
The effects of the micro-cracks on the distribution of carbides in the matrix and the corrosion resistance of the cracked layer in 0Cr18Ni9 steel after chromizing were treated by furnace cooling, air cooling and water cooling. After chromizing, it was air-cooled and there was no microcracking in the coating. The carbide precipitated in the grain boundary and the σ phase in the coating were obviously less than the furnace cooling. The fine grained σ phase in the coating was distributed in the high-chromium α phase, No effect, so after the air-cooled corrosion resistance than other cooling methods.
