柔性管理是现代管理理论的创新发展,是组织文化的重要实现方式。分析了柔性管理和图书馆核心竞争力的概念,提出了图书馆的核心竞争力是图书馆在发展过程中形成的知识服务理念的观点,阐述了实行柔性管理,提高图书馆核心竞争力上主要途径。
Flexible management is the innovation and development of modern management theory and an important way to realize organizational culture. This paper analyzes the concept of flexible management and library core competence, points out that the core competence of library is the idea of knowledge service formed in the process of library development, and expounds that the implementation of flexible management and improvement of the core competitiveness of the library way.
