劳资矛盾纠纷是社会主义市场经济下发展到一定阶段的必然产物,是不可回避的现实问题。妥善处理劳资纠纷引发的问题不仅关系到企业工人的切身利益、而且直接影响到企业自身发展和社会和谐稳定。近年来,湖里街道始终把化解劳资纠纷引发问题作为维护社会稳定大事来抓,通过建立投诉受理窗口,加强劳资纠纷排查,深入开展法制宣传,妥善化解矛盾纠纷,维护了街道辖区社会稳定。
The conflicts between labor and capital are the inevitable product of the development to a certain stage under the socialist market economy and are an unavoidable reality. The proper handling of labor disputes caused by the problem not only related to the immediate interests of business workers, but also a direct impact on their own development and social harmony and stability. In recent years, Huli Street has always taken the solution to the problems caused by labor disputes as a major event in maintaining social stability. It has strengthened the investigation of labor disputes by establishing complaint handling windows, conducting legal publicity campaigns, resolving contradictions and disputes, and safeguarding social stability in suburb areas.
