“十一五”期间,兵团工业投资增长迅速,重点发展了六大支柱行业,投资结构不断优化,工业投资与增加值同步增长,边际投资利润逐年降低,投资指标接近全国平均水平。“十二五”期间,建议以六大支柱产业为抓手,规划发展特色工业园区,创新工业企业组织结构,进一步拓展国际市场,加大有机农产品加工转化和增值投入,创新工业能源消费结构,将新型工业化与信息化、城镇化融合推进。
During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the Corps’ industrial investment grew rapidly, focusing on the development of six pillar industries. The investment structure was continuously optimized.
