目的:改进HPLC测定柴胡口服液中柴胡皂苷a、d含量的方法。方法:采用Purospher STAR C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸(80:20);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温:35℃;检测波长为210 nm。结果:柴胡皂苷a线性范围为0.041 92~2.096μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率99.08%,RSD为0.40%;柴胡皂苷d线性范围为0.032 18~1.609μg,r=0.999 8,平均回收率98.27%,RSD为0.55%。结论:该法灵敏、简便、准确,适用于市售柴胡口服液中柴胡皂苷a、d的含量测定。
Objective: To improve the determination of saikosaponin a, d in Bupleurum oral liquid by HPLC. Methods: Purospher STAR C 18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (80:20), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. 35 ℃; detection wavelength is 210 nm. Results: The linear range of saikosaponin a was 0.041 92 ~ 2.096μg, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.08%, the RSD was 0.40%. The linear range of saikosaponin d was 0.032 18 ~ 1.609μg, r = 0.999 8, The recovery rate was 98.27% with a RSD of 0.55%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, simple and accurate and is suitable for the determination of saikosaponin a, d in Bupleurum Oral Liquid.
